How do I pay for my plan?

On the plan selection page, choose a tier and plan, then pay via M-Pesa or Airtel Money using the Paybill instructions shown. Paste your transaction code and our team will confirm it — usually within a few hours.

What's the difference between Design Only and Managed Campaign?

Design Only gives you the canvas builder so you can create and download your own ad. Managed Campaign adds expert review, revisions, and our team scheduling and running the campaign for you.

How long does design review take?

Submitted designs are typically reviewed within 24 hours. You'll see the status update on your dashboard, and get an email once it's approved or sent back with notes.

Can I change my campaign after it's scheduled?

Reach out via Billing & Payments or General Support above with your campaign details, and our team can help adjust dates or platforms before it goes live.
